Hotel was a decent 3 star hotel. Unfortunately the main amenities they advertised were “closed for refurbishment” during our entire stay. This was the pool & rooftop bar - closed without any notice or info. There’s also no mention of them around the hotel on signs for what’s on each floor like in the lifts etc so it seems like a long term thing. It’s very frustrating because it’s the only reason we booked this hotel and would have chosen another if we knew the hotel was baiting people to book with the pictures on hotels.com and their own site of amenities they don’t have available. The rooms also have no fridge, hairdryer or iron etc. and breakfast was very basic and 100% not worth the charge.

A pool was advertised when I booked but staff said it was under construction one day and then was closed for some other reason. Not sure if there is actually a pool at all. Mostly likely advertised to fraudulently bump prices. I was given four vouchers for cocktails and tried to use them. Bar tender refuse to go putt them. More fraud. Ruined my vacation. Over promising in the ad, over charged and under delivered. Did not receive the hotel service as committed.

Extremely overpriced "minimulist box"
Lobby was bar area was a cleaverely designed minimalist design with unfortunately frayed carpeting. The room however was basically a sero frills very cheap looking living box with all the warmth of a packing crate. Cheap paint job and cheap and almost uselesss bathroom plumbing. No closet NO CHAIRS and no table. Just beds. Sort of like living in a very overpriced , low quality prison cell. For tge price charged for this room .. It was a total riipoff. Absolutely Terrible .

The hotel was OK. It is very convenient to the Sants train station, but the building is quite old and not brought up to modern standards. It felt almost as though it had been converted from an office building, with very small, narrow rooms. OK for an overnight stay if waiting for a train, but definitely overpriced for what it is.

When I checked in my room; the toilet was not working. Had to report that to get it fixed! Additionally; the telephone apparatus was defective which was replaced after being reported! The hotel staff charged my CC $72.05 additional local city taxes for double occupancy taxes when in reality the reservation was booked for just single occupant (myself). As a proof; I had a single access daily breakfast (which was also pre-paid) as well as local tourist activities booked via Expedia which were all for just 1 person. Really disappointed w/ this lack of transparency on taxes and honesty to charge the correct $$!

First off.. staff were amazing.. friendly and helpful always.. The breakfast buffet was perfect every morning. Lots of space and we'll organised.. staff always working to cater to the guests.. Room was clean and spacious. maybe a little fridge in the room wouldve made it better. The gym was also perfect for a my 3 night stay. What else? Great wifi. Right next to bus/train,metro station. Rooftop pool was perfect too( however, maybe put room key access to it. Seems anyone from street can come up and potentially use it) 5 star and would use again for sure
