Villa Il Borraccio is a unique and beautiful if you are looking for a relaxing holiday or want to discover Tuscany. The Villa is located at a short distance between two of the most important historic cities of Tuscany, Florence and Siena and from its windows you can see the wonderful Chianti hills up to the towers of San Gimignano. The whole structure is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and green lawns. It consists of 2 comfortable apartments in the main building and the other a Dependance Begonia obtained from the recent renovation. It is located separately about 10 meters from the villa. Each apartment has an independent entrance, private garden, car parking and internet connection in the apartment.
The Ciclamino apartment of 100 square meters is located inside the Villa il Borraccio, entirely on the ground floor. It has a living room with 2 large armchairs, dining room and well-furnished kitchen with access to the garden and private outdoor space, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 4 burners, sink, oven, washing machine and all the necessary accessories for the kitchen.

Beautiful Villa in Tuscany
Five adults and a bambino stayed for 5 nights. Lovely greeting from the host whose English is limited as is our Italian but we managed well with Google translate. Amazing views. Fabulous pool. Fantastic dining nearby with our favorite being Il Caratello with good gluten free options and great service.

Very nice apartment on excellent location
We had a lovely two weeks in the apartment with all you need at hand and a large, clean swimming pool sharing with the other guests. The villa is in a very good position to visit all the top must sees in Tuscany. But also beautiful nature to drive around. Thx

vacances exceptionnelles
Gabriella est très accueillante et particulièrement chaleureuse malgré le barrage de la langue, elle fut soucieuse de notre bien être. L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux et frais grâce aux murs épais de cette superbe villa, les fenêtres sont pratiquement toutes équipées de moustiquaire ce qui est essentiel! la piscine de 6x12m est le point fort de la location. la situation géographique de l'appartement nous a permis de rayonner tout autour et de visiter un maximum de lieux sans faire trop de kms. Le petit point faible de cette location est la route qui longe la villa car les italiens ne respectent pas toujours les limitations de vitesse ! mais on s'habitue assez vite... Le mari de Gabriella nous a aussi un peu surpris quant à sa gestion des parasols autour de la piscine, on a compris assez vite qu'il ne fallait pas trop y toucher.... Nous ignorons si l'annonce précisait également que le gaz était facturé à la fin du séjour ce qui est surprenant! mais tout ça ce sont des petits détails qui n'enlèvent en rien à la qualité des prestations. Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles !
