On the second floor, there is another separate new apartment of 35m2, entrance hall, kitchen fully equipped with accessories, dining room, bedroom, bathroom) with a separate entrance and a terrace. Price for 3 persons in June 35, July, August 45e. All rooms and terraces are overlooking the sea, free garage and parking. both accommodation units (apartments) total 150m2, up to 7 persons.From the nearest store 500m, the beach is 300m. The house is fenced and provides peace, privacy necessary for a quality and relaxing holiday.
