This luxury 3 story cabin is perfect for large families or special mountain getaways. Inside the house there is ample space for relaxing and entertaining. Gourmet kitchen with everything you could possibly need including granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, 2 ovens, island with mini sink and so much more. Each of the seven bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. Downstairs is a dreamland for entertaining with large TV, pool table, foosball table, video games, jukebox and sauna. This cabin has multi level decks, each offering a little slice of Sugar Mountain. To experience the peaceful tranquility of the Blueridge Mountains, indulge in the large hot tub on the deck while taking in the picturesque mountain views. For the cool nights, unwind while rocking in front of the outdoor stone stacked fireplace.
The Balboa Luxury Cabin is minutes away from all the attractions on Sugar Mountain, a very short drive to downtown Banner Elk and approximately 15 miles to Boone, NC.

Great view but stinky
The view is amazing but there was smell in the property. When we entered the garage there was trashed piled on the floor plus trash loaded on the back off the golf cart must of been there for days. I called the emergency number of the property management and was told the maintance people would come on Thursday and when know one showed up I found the local dump and took the trash there. When I left on Monday trash was still on the golf cart. The money I spent for the 5 days wasn't worth it.There was ton of flies because of the trash. We where up in the area for my son wedding and although the view was amazing everything else was stinky
