The room's wooden floor was clean. We utilised the washing machine in the room and it worked well. Location was close to Phrom Phong BTS, and the shopping mall, Emporium. Basic amenities provided in the room were good.

My stay with Oakwood Suites Bangkok was excellent. Check in was seamless and quick, which is always a plus especially after a long flight. The Deluxe 1 bedroom was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Hotel amenities such as pool and gym were fantastic and clean and what I like about these facilities was that they weren't as busy as normal hotel amenities - a plus for us. Staff was polite and helpful and overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. In addition, the kitchen and washing machine in the room were a huge plus for us as we can prepare our breakfast and do laundry when needed.
