Excellent service from friendly staff and a great room on the executive floor. Only disappointment was the executive lounge which didn’t have any snacks available outside of the two hour happy hour window. Lounge didn’t meet the standard of other Novotel lounges we have used.

Shopping around the area is great and that is all. The room is horrible. Old furniture, table top have stain and chipped. I dont even one to talk about the toilet. Limited amenities. No long mirror. Noisy as hell. People above our room are noisy and heavy footsteps and running around. Will not come back again.

Everything you need is within a walking distance. Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Not sure about a man with red lipsticks making my noodle soup for breakfast.
