The room was a bit tired with dust at the back of beds. The staff were very courteous and helpful with the hotel amenities being outstanding. Some areas were run down or neglected as the size of this place is huge. However this did not detract from a very pleasant stay. Thankyou also to Bert? on reception

Always a great choice for hotel accommodation in Bangkok. The lobby is nicely decorated and boast a friendly atmosphere. Staff is genuinely helpful to assist with any needs. Breakfast at Mozu is delicious and very well maintained to the highest standards. The views from the top floor lounge are stunning and showcases the full brightness of Bangkok day or night. I really enjoyed my stay here at Lebua and I will keep coming back for future holidays.

Loved the hotel very nice! Room overall was clean, but the shower had mold, and there was actually a roach in our bed, which I have a video of it, but didn’t make a big deal about it since we were only in the room at night time. Breakfast was amazing! A lot of options.

I had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I stayed in a Club Tower Suite, which included complimentary breakfast, a light lunch, and high tea. All delicious, with excellent waitstaff. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The views from the higher floors are spectacular, and my suite was spacious with a very comfortable bed. While the hotel and rooms are starting to feel a bit dated, the overall experience, especially the service, made up for it. I truly enjoyed my stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, nice pool, amazing buffet breakfast. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were good. The service staff were disappointing. They did not answer any of our questions and most of them treated us as if we had snuck into the hotel and did not belong there. The welcome staff member was also not helpful, she handed us forms in Thai and told us to sign them without explaining them, she then rushed us into the elevator and said goodbye. We were expected to find our room and all the building facilities ourselves.
