I booked the Lancaster for a one night stay as i round up my trip to South East Asia. At check in i met Bambi, Bank and Beer who were just amazing. They offered me a free room upgrade to a premium suite and i could not believe the surprise that awaited me when i walked in. It was so big and classy, that i almost considered extending my trip for another just to enjoy the facility. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Bangkok and will refer

My stay at the Lancaster was everything and more! The staff was super attentive when I expressed that the tablet in the room was not working.
