The property located at the end of the soi or small road/alley so making it a bit far to walk in the middle of a hot day, which is pretty much everyday in Thailand, just to grab a bite to eat. The hotel has its own restaurant which we didn’t try. Great place to stay just for a night and catch a flight the next day. The hotel is very close to the Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), approximately 10 mins in the early morning hours by shuttle mini van. I would consider staying here again for the convenience of getting to the airport.

Excellent hotel if you need to be close to the airport but there is nothing nearby. The hotel does have a bar and restaurant with good food though so really no need to leave.

It was overall really good ... bed comfortable, close to the airport and the restaurant food probably up these with the best I have had in Thailand ... Even the Thai person with me was impressed

Short stay
Three night lay over in Bangkok. Can't fault the hotel at all. Just the location is a bit difficult for transport links into the city, but this means it's very quiet. 600 metres walk to get a taxi then 100 baht to get to sky train and the 45 baht into town. The hotel offer shuttle to the airport @250 baht for two people. Go onbook it I recommend it.

I love this hotel, its very nice and clean. The staffs was super friendly and nice, and very helpful. The only thing that i didnt like much, was that it was kind of far from the street markets and places that you want to go and shop, and it was next to a pond that I belive was a sewer, so it kind of smells where the villas was at. Other than that, everything else was great and wondering. I would definitely recommend, if youre only staying a night or 2, and not planning to do a lot of shopping or walking around for foods. Thanks again to all staffs at Gate 43! I would definitely come back!
