if there would be a 6 or even 7 Star option for Staff and Services, I would have opted for that. This place puts any 5 Star Establishment to shame. Even before you get there to check In you will receive complete and comprehensive information by mail leaving nothing to guess. On our Bangkok transit visits there is no other place to consider.

I will be back.
This is my second time & I will be back again. Robinson Mall is down the street. The taxi cost me $40bht o/w. Wi-Fi worked well for me. Close to BKK airport. There is a $200bht charge each way for the shuttle per room. It runs 24/7.

Property is great but the downside of this property is the TV continuously gets disconnected Wi-Fi is horrible many interruptions cannot watch a movie in peace other than that good hotel if they can fix the TV problem it would be a great hotel

Great if you need to visit the airport the following day or want a first night located near the airport. Family room sleeps 4 comfortabley. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable at a good price. We have used this hotel many times. This says it all. Also very convenient for the Robinson shopping centre that is 10 minutes walk where you can eat and get essential items when you arrive.

A great place, great service and lovely staff. It’s in a large shopping area and close to the airport. The room was really nice, had a small kitchenette and a nice bathroom. Definitely a go to place for solo and family travellers. Highly recommend it

This place helped us with a very stressful situation. My husband left his passport in the airplane. When we got to the hotel the receptionist acted quick and made all the calls solving the problem very quickly and showing emphaty and kindness. We are very grateful. Their shuttle service at only $200 bath was efficient and easy. The room had a very comfortable bed, and some free snacks. The hotel isn’t in a beautiful area but the location is very convenient. We walk to a couple of malls and finished our shopping in Thailand easily. This hotel 1000 out of 10 . Great service, impeccable staff and very convenient for that last day in Bangkok our for delayed flights and over night stays.
