Warm friendly staff made me feel at home. Beautiful hotel by the river with its own port. Love the unlimited bottled drinking water supply replaced everyday. Buffet is fantastic with a selection of dishes from every continent. Biggest buffet I’ve ever seen very good value.

A wonderful but ageing hotel. Staff are courteous and very professional. Rooms are great and spacious. However, the hotel in general is looking old and in need of a refurbishment, especially considered the £155 price tag. In BKK it faces stiff competition. Still a wonderful grand old lady of a hotel. Restaurants, boat shuttle, spacious rooms, and on-river restaurants are its strong points.

We had a wonderful stay at the Anantara Riverside. The service, amenities( in particular the pool), the food, in particular the breakfasts and our room were all excellent. I have stayed in hotels around the world and this is on my top 5 list. I would definitely stay here again.
