This place was AMAZING! If it was closer to the center of Bangkok I would have stayed longer, but I needed to be closer to things downtown. I stayed for 2+ nights after arriving at 1 am from Japan and needed somewhere to relax and catch up on sleep near DMK airport. AC worked great, fridge and microwave were much appreciated, breakfast was sooooooo good. A great stay!

Great room for the price, comfortable bed. Walkable to DM airport. Good breakfast. They provided only one room key, which is inconvenient if not traveling alone. But this small negative is outweighed by the positives.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Japanese Buffet breakfast and found the quality of food very good and staff very helpful. The room was spacious and we enjoyed having access to Netflix. For the price of the room for 2 nights and breakfast included, this was a really good deal. Originally we booked this room to be closer to Don Meung train station to travel to Chiang Mai. It was a long commute from Suvarnabhumi airport and central Bangkok. The gym had good facilities. The lobby staff were very helpful with our suitcases taking them from and to our car.

We read a few reviews on this hotel and wondered just where they were staying exactly??? Our room (Family Suite) is as fantastic. It faces the back of the hotel, which we think was probably better, but the front faces a Soi (small lane) so wasn’t really too busy either. The beds were sold like pillows, a rarity in Thailand, the pillows were amazing. The breakfast buffet was gorgeous, not just a bunch of brown food (I did miss bacon though). The staff was LOVELY. Helpful, gracious and kind. We travel a bit, and my son (14) repeatedly said that its was one of his top hotels. We’ve been to fancier, but this one was even better. Well definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Only stayed one night after late night arrival. Hotel staffs are all super friendly and room was equipped with small full kitchen. Great place for longer stays. Breakfast was served at the Japanese restaurant inside and everything was well taken care of. Very happy with the experience overall and would definitely choose to stay another occasion.

I want to begin by saying that I would NOT stay here at 12 The Recidence again. If your looking for a place near the Don Mueang Airport that has Airport shuttle DO NOT book this place as they do not pick you up, they do take you to the airport however they don't take you to the departure terminal, they drop you off 15 min. walk away from the airport. The Suite I booked was ok, but for the price it's very basic, nothing special. Next time I'll take a little more time and shop for a better place to stay at for the night. Don't expect in the room dining or room service, robes and other essentials aren't in the room. It's incredibly hard to find the lobby, no signs or people to help you locate it as it's on the 2nd floor and no elevator.I do not recommend this place, stay away from this place if you need airport transportation... they false advertise that they have airport transportation.

The hotel is closed to the airport. That’s good. They said they offer free shuttle service, yet it’s not really true. I was refused when checking in because they said it was booked up. Their bus is very small and can only take about 9 people each time. Also, their service is scheduled every one hour.

The stay and facilities well. Unfortunately the information that appears in hotels.com is not correct, there it indicates that they have transportation to and from the airport. They only have to the airport. and it is not Suvarnabhumi International Airport. It is the international airport that is close to the hotel. They should be more specific to tourists.
