Book online I’m a Marriott member got to the hotel got a total different price room smell like a dog and feet tv kept turning off every 3mins could not enjoy it kids running in hallways screaming from the pool area toilet kept stopping up had to have maintenance come and fix it several times it was just a all around terrible service from staff to the hotel needs a lot of update rooms our room the wall was peeling from the bottom of the walls will not stay there again

Great staff!
Amazing! The staff is one of the best! They were so helpful, kind, and generous. I will use the Baltimore airport (Bwi) for traveling. And I will be using this hotel springhill suites all the time when I need to spend a night before or after a flight. There is no other hotel in the area I’d like more than my stay here. A big difference maker for me was the staff over there. They were amazing.

On our 1st night, we had a very fun mixup & got to play changing rooms with another patron...no harm or foul it was all fun & made check in very interesting. Everyone on the staff was very gracious & accommadating. I look forward to our next stay there.
