The unit was clean, nice balcony overlooking the ocean (4th floor, probably nit able to see on the 1st and 2nd floor though). My only complaint was mininal parking on the street if you do not fit in the parking garage (I belive it was 6'4")Its first come first serve.

Family Fun Vacation
We had a great stay, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool area was great for our family, and we loved being able to grill out as well as cook in. Close and easy to get to downtown/Inner Harbor with a quick drive. If we are back in the area we would stay again!

While we were only there a few nights, I can see why people would pick it for extended stays - there is a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher! Very specious suite, also.

Uniquely filthy conditions in the hallways and common areas. Room furnishings run down with burns and stains on the furniture. Drunken partiers in the hallways creating noise and disturbing sleep. Many parking lot weed smokers. Hung over "guests" sleeping in the dining area. Management not available at check-out, had to ask the kitchen staff to find someone. Did not feel safe there.

Staff seemed friendly and kind at first but then my husband had a medical emergency out side and because the AMBULANCE got called they told me i had to leave because it was a nuisance which he has documented paperwork for as he has epilepsy she tried to insist he must have been on drugs so when I got into with her over that she said it was because we came in and out to much… yet they have a pool and basketball court and I had an 11 year old boy and a 17 year Old girl with me sooo what’s the issue they are kids it’s summer time what’s the problem ?? Don’t offer fun things for people to do if it is an issue for them to be used …. And THEN when I called her out on that she said she’s had to many complaints about me … come to find out my ex boyfriend who was staying on the other side had been complaining about me to them and he’s been there a while and is friends with everybody there on a personal level.. so I find out a few weeks later that they banned me from staying there and all the guy could tell me was “ property damage” excuse me??? That place wasn’t dirty at all I cleaned it up myself before I left not a single thing was broken except the dishwasher that I used for the first time on my way out the door and it instantly started Flooding the floor I called and the maintenance lady told me it’s fine and not my fault. But now they are saying I damaged something yet can’t tell me what ? I have called and went there asking management to contact me with no response.

Room wasn’t nice - door needs to be replaced, smelled terrible. Glad it was only one night or I would have found a different hotel. Will not stay again. I didn’t realize it was also a residence.

Hotel is very nice. Staff was prompt & friendly. Rooms are accommodating because they come with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top & microwave. But our particular room had a bad smell. It took me 2 days to figure out it was the linens. They smelled EXTREMELY sour, like someone left them wet and didn't wash again. Sheets, pillowcases, towels, washcloths etc. Irritated my soul.

Where do I start. Washing machines in bldg A were broken for 3 days. Had to haul my kids clothes across the hotel yard to another building to do laundry. The handle on the dishwasher was broken. The room smelled like sewer and no matter how much air fresher i sprayed it smelled like sewer. The staff NEVER cleaned the room the entire 3 weeks we were there and i asked several times. When i asked for dishwasher detergent they didnt have any. The basketball hop was under our window and every single night a group of young teens/men were vouncing the basketball until 1 am or later. Could not sleep under those conditions. I did notify the fdont desk every single night. They did nothing to enforce their so called quite hours. Every Morning at 9 am about 40 young men were back bouncing the balls and chanting about bug contracts. It was extremely disturbing. Their breakfast was well hotel breakfast but several days their pancake maker was broken. A hotel staff told us nothing in the hotel actually worls including him. What topped off the stay was a big coackroach i found running across the counter at 1 am. I checked out early and had to find another place for the kids and I to stay because the hotel said they didnt have another room and couldnt treat our room while we were in there. Parking was awful when sold out they run out of parking and I was told to park in the fire lane with 2 kids at 1 am. We were exhausted from a long day out and had no where to park
