Everyone I encountered from checking in to the 2 shuttle drivers were all very nice! Location was great to the terminals as well! For the price and the location I would recommend and stay again when flying out of BWI!

Had to stay here last minute in a pinch. Long story short, I booked another hotel right up the road from this one and found roaches on the kitchen counter in my room. I had to scramble at midnight to find another option. I've stayed at other Red Roof locations before and they are mostly hit or miss. This place was sufficient though. I thanked the young lady for being so kind amd getting me checked in quickly. Room had a clean bed, hot water, and cold A/C. That's about the best you can ask for at budget pricing.

The rooms were clean but had a stale smell. There were areas of patchwork repairs throughout the room. Including small nails at the bottom of the bathroom door. A few nails were sticking out. The backside of the parking lot was not safe. Too many unlit or dimly lit areas including the stairs. The elevator was not working for most of our visit. Locating the ice machine was a Where's Waldo adventure. The housekeepers were friendly. The office staff had a nonchalant attitude. There is one pleasant point I can share and that is this property is close to food, shopping, etc.
