Horrible
Front desk people were incredibly rude, while waiting in line they tried helping the people BEHIND us. Both females had the worst attitude and kept rolling their eyes anytime we tried talking, not to mention they weren’t helpful nor did we have a microwave or mini fridge in the room. Wall plugs were messed up and wouldn’t hold my charger in place, wall rack in the bathroom was broken. For some reason we were put in a handy cap room, I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this place.

Let me start off by saying we've stayed at this hotel before..NEVER will again. We dont need much to make us happy so when we give a bad review...its bad. The room smelled sooooo bad of cigarette smoke & a room in the vicinity smelled of weed. One of the front desk girls did come & used some sort of spray but that basically covered the smell for a few minutes.

Unfriendly & unhelpful staff. Room was horrible, smelled bad, bathroom door breaking apart and nailed/ screwed together but still broken, bathtub leaking from some vent thing on the side, tub dirty, missing drain cover, and falling apart. Glad it was a quick stop just to sleep before moving on with our trip. Surrounding area is fine but this hotel no good

The property itself is rundown. The staff was hospitable, better than some big box hotels I’ve stayed at. Joe checked me in and was attentive and professional - thank you, Joe! He made sure I had a shuttle service to the airport. I do travel often and I had to book a nearby hotel because I landed really late and BWI rental cars do not operate 24/7. This location is conveniently located near BWI airport.

I don't really understand why this place has such great reviews. I have stayed in some truly awful places, but this place took the lead. 1) The airport shuttle was only available if called. But they didn't answer the phone. So... thanks for that. 2) No ramp up to the lobby. It's a hotel. How was there no ramp to facilitate getting luggage up to the check-in counter? 3) The room STANK of musty old dust and smoke. To the point that it was hard to breathe and I briefly considered sleeping in an N95 mask. 4) The windows, which looked over the walkway outside the room so that anyone walking by could see EVERYTHING in the room if the blackout curtains were open, didn't actually open, so, other than propping the door open (not a great idea in the best of hotels, not even worth considering in this one) there was no way to air out the room. 5) As I mentioned, the only curtains were blackout curtains. When they were closed, no one could look in, but it was also pitch black in the room. So the option was no sunlight or everyone walking by could look right in. 6) Last, and probably least important, the shower gel and shampoo were out. Sorry, I forgot. The "coffee service" listed under breakfast was a questionably clean knock-off Keurig in the room.

Room was clean. Nothing overly special. Only stayed one night, so purpose was served. Wish there were more food options within walking distance. Had to use Door Dash. $50 room deposit was not mentioned on the Expedia APP either. Got that lovely surprise upon check in.
