Good location to the sold out Marriott where conference was held. That said, it's not well maintained. Dirty shower with hair on the walls. Shower curtain falling apart. Plugged sink. Coffee maker broken and remained so even when addressed at desk. No morning coffee in lobby. Refrigerator set to freeze. Slow restaurant. Tried one night and waitress never even came to see if I wanted to dine.
My room was filthy. There was was appeared to be dried blood on the blanket on one of the beds. The shower curtain was filthy and shredded and the sink, toilet and tub were dirty. I always travel with cleaning supplies, but this was ridiculous.
Lovely staff, beautiful wrap around bedroom. Comfortable! Well done!

The front desk staff is understaffed. The wait times are ridiculous. The dining room host is rude and very inhospitable. And the breakfast, that is not complimentary, stinks. Good location, but the staff and services are pretty bad.
Great area, front desk staff were great. Outside of that it was a very disappointing stay - AC didn’t work in my room, previous guests clothes were still in the room? Pillows with old blood stains. Won’t be back.
I’m sorry facilities were uncapped amenities, nonexistent lobby bathrooms absolutely dirty from morning to evening glass and the lobby fingerprints all over the place the wheelchair accessible door not working not member patrolling the area or even the hallways horrible horrible horrible -5 stars From New York. The Hilton Court promise there’s not apply for this property coming from an employee.

For the money, guess you cannot argue yet room was tiny, amenities were limited. Pool was open for 3 hours only on a Saturday??? The location for the Inner Harbour was great, night life was available. Appeared an area for homeless people to perch so be aware. We were safe enough yet confused as it was across from the Four Seasons high end hotel.
Very good place to stay, closer to most everything, don’t need drive for most nothing

The hotel was convenient to the inner harbor. Many restaurants and attractions. My room however could've been in better condition. I walked into a room that did not have pillow cases, rust on the light fixtures. A few of the lamps did not work and the pillow cases looked used and dirty.
