room was clean, bathroom was very clean, I had clean towels. I love the happy hour with snacks, breakfast buffet is the absolute best of all hotels I've stayed. Furniture has a lot of wear and tear but for the most part the rooms are very very clean.

We stayed here for a football game and wanted to be close to the stadium. The reason I gave the rankings that I did was because the day we left, we walked towards our car in the parking lot and noticed multiple cars that were vandalized and some cars their tires and rims were stolen. If it wasn't for this issue, my rankings would've been higher. The staff was nice, room clean, breakfast was good, gym great, and the hotel provides a airport shuttle. The only thing was the parking lot issue, which the hotel provides security but it's probably just for the inside of the hotel and not the customers cars parked in the hotels parking lot.

Stayed here for an event at Johns Hopkins. Clean room, bedding very comfy. Next to My 1st Rooms Windows a broken loud shaken kitchen air-vent or so, front Staff putted me in an other room, every thing was nice and profession ell handed. Breakfast and Happy Hours Reception were supers.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Loved the breakfast and rooms were clean. The only negative thing was the AC did not seem to be working on the main level but they had set up portable AC units to keep it comfortable. We always look for Embassy Suites' as they have never disappointed.

The Carpet in room 320 was not very clean, the bath room could use an upgrade. The noice levels at night were very high , could hardly sleep . and the Air conditioner noice was very loud.

Not happy with my stay
I stayed at the Embassy BWI several times. The first room was assigned to had no AC air circulation in the bedroom. I called downstairs and I was first told no vacancies and the room would be a downgrade. Next I was assigned the same room on the lower floor down. It was the same issue poor AC circulation in the room. It was late and I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms. The next morning with the don’t disturb sign on the door knob housekeeping still try to enter the room this was before checkout. He had an attitude because he couldn’t get in. I will definitely reconsider before staying again.

Normally I love Embassy Suites . This time not so much . The common areas were incredibly hot . There were big fans all around . When I checked in I felt something dripping on me . I looked up and what appeared to be a vent had some liquid leaking from it. It was covered in black spots which looked like mold
