I love that hotel. Everyone was so friendly. We got there early and they let us go in the room early. I really appreciate that. Because I was tired from traveling..the beds were super comfy. Everything was so nice and clean. Nice area. 5 minutes away from where I needy to go. Very convenient. I have no complaints

"Take My Advice Don't Do It"
Front desk staff, except for two, (2), individuals were very standoffish, & not so welcoming. The room itself appeared to be clean, however, the carpet had that old, stuffy, been locked in dusty attic for a number of months, &/or years! The so called free breakfast is nothing to write home about, & the fitness center is not fit to be referred to as one...!!!! The over all advertising of the hotel property, & the amenities is totally misleading, & I for one will never return there unless it is out pure desperation... This was my first getaway since returning to the DMV in 2017, & quite honestly, I hope to soon forget my stay there...!!!!

spoke to housekeeping lead while preparing my room for check out. she was very courteous and attentative. I mentioned to her a small issue with the shower curtain rod. She immediately came in and checked it out. She told me the maintenance man was currently on site. It was an issue that might not be noticed until taking a shower. The rod looked in place but it was angled so the shower curtain wouldn't stay shot. Hence shower water spilled unto the floor. I didn't get her name. I am sorry, she was a good customer facing person
