Hot in that room
The location was close to the baseball park that we wanted to walk to, so that was good. Plenty of places in the area to eat, but the air-conditioning in the room was broken and we didn’t know that until we arrived late in the evening after the ball game.

Some reason we were put in a handicap room. It had a bad odor. A/C unit very loud. Toilet handle had to be held down during complete flushing process. Refrigerator must have been missing a leg as it tilted and wobbled. No counter area in bathroom to put toiletries, just a free standing sink. Floor ice machine not working. Restaurant closed and lobby coffee that was provided was luke warm.

Property has seen better times. No remote control for TV. Ater requesting one twice got one. The TV id not have signal. Bathtub slow, clogged. Room would be serviced only if you ask the day before. People at the front desk no very cooperative. Breakfast was extremely poor. Glad it was a Starbucks close by. Location was the only positive. I am not coming back

Everything the hotel had to offer as far as amenities was closed or unavailable. No warning or credit was given and still charged full price for parking after asking for some sort of discount. Front desk laughed and asked why he should give a discount

The hotel is ok for the area … just rooms all have their own issues… first time there was on 5th floor and hall way carpet was mold (black mold) but room was ok … second stay had to change room since toilet was leaking but staff was great about it … new room had a fixed whole in the wall just not repainted For location was ok and still go back when we travel for baseball game 8 min walk from the Camden ball park

Asked for wake up call, didn't happen. No hot water in sink area. Tub didn't drain properly while taking shower. Didn't explain parking situation and was suppose to get text message for free parking, had to ask for it instead of telling me about it. Had to wake night manager, very asleep!
