Didn’t like the fact that you have to pay for parking, the room could have used some repairs, the wall table between the beds was damaged when we arrived, the particle board has peeled, the shower door wasn’t closing properly and the body wash wasn’t filled so we had to ask for more. The stay was good, staff was professional.

My first Aloft experience and I will be back. Bartender was amazing, lobby is very nice but minimal options and veryyyyy pricey. Some of my towels were dirty but the room was top tier. Smelled great and very serene.

Hotel shuttle guys could not have been more friendly or helpful. One phone call when u emerged from the terminal building and they were there within 10 mins. Equally, the next morning the lift to the station was easy and completely hassle-free. My stay at the Aloft did exactly what I wanted it to in terms of a late flight arrival and early start to get into Washington the next day. I will definitely be staying there again. I was in bed within an hour of brakes on at the gate. Oh, and the price represented excellent value.

Very convenient to airport and main highways but tucked off busy roads. Friendly staff, nice lobby with lounge area. Modern decor& cozy room. Only drawbacks were having to pay extra for parking and very uncomfortable (extra firm) mattress.

We couldn’t get the courtesy bus from the airport as it said the mailbox was full so had to get a taxi. The room was extremely cold so we turned off a/c. The bed wasn’t comfortable either but it served a purpose for one night only.
