Great stay as always. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Love the room size which is very generous. Would love to see the breakfast menu get mixed up a bit more as it has been the same for as long as I can remember. Overall get location and stay.

I did not stay as I had a visa issue leaving Australia. The staff where extremely rude and did not want to assist me or reschedule dates to help me . I was really looking forward to it and I was very stressed when they communicated . They refused a full refund and only refunded 1/3 which wasn’t cheap . Customer service isn’t there focus at all and it’s very disappointing

Terrible sewerage smell
The hotel is centrally located, the roof top pool is amazing and the beds very comfortable. The service around the pool is terrible and you have to search for and approach a staff member to get anything. The menu uses smart phone scan code only, so you must have your phone in the pool area. I have been going to Bali for 30 years, and I have never smelt a hotel with a sewerage problem like the Cross Paasha. In the bedroom, the lift, the foyer, everywhere. I noticed reviews from 2017 advising the same problem, so please do some research before booking. The smell in my room 316 was overbearing and gave me a sore throat, I asked to move rooms daily, however it appeared to difficult for the reception staff. Sadly, very disappointed with this hotel.

We stayed 10 days at Cross Paasha and we found the place to be wonderful. Our room was just a standard cost room but it was so spacious and clean. The beds were amazing! The bathroom was super huge! The staff were all so friendly and accomodating especially Mulya and Bayu! It made our stay here perfect! I would definitely stay here again in future!!

The location is close to many excellent dining options. Our room was large, very quiet with no street noise. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The roof top pool is only 1.1m deep with many missing tiles. There are only 5 cabanas providing shade. The umbrellas were unusable as it was too windy to have them open as one lady found out after it snapped off and landed in the pool. Biggest peeve was the automatic air freshener in the lift. The overload of chemicals was very irritating to my nose and throat. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
