The Wäldle holiday farm or the spacious apartment 1 - a rustic, cozy mountain farm in wooden log construction. Great for families with children. Quite new, modern shower/toilet with underfloor heating. An ancient tiled stove decorates the common room, which offers space for all residents with three large tables. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and a corner bench combination for 5 people. All rooms can be heated. In the 30 m² entrance area of the new building, street shoes and ski boots can be stored on heated natural stone slabs or prefabricated sheets. In the hallway of the actual living area with 140m², the tiled stove on the ground floor is stoked and the three showers/toilets can also be reached from the hallway. The 28m² stable can be used for skis and other equipment. The occasional rumbling of the roof avalanches and the high depth of snow around the house give the stay its very special character! As a little boy, I was able to talk face to face with my mother in the attic kitchen on the north side of the mountain of snow that reached up to the gutter.
We have real beds for 16 people, a maximum of 20 can sleep on the first floor of the old building. From Christmas 2019, the new building in the Tennnenpassage 1st floor and the 2nd floor with the original top floor apartment for up to 14 people can also be booked (or separately with its own staircase). Balderschwanger tourist tax per person aged 14 and over per overnight stay of €1.50 must be paid on site. For family bookings, children up to 5 years are free and up to the end of 17 years 2/3 of the price. Groups are also welcome. Inquire about special rates here if there are mostly children.
Motorcycles can also be rented from us. Mostly BMW GS machines from 850 - 1300 cc as well as a Yamaha for A1 and A2 drivers.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.
