The hotel had good amenities, but the service could use improvement. When we arrived, it took around 40 minutes for our luggage to be delivered to our room. I called the concierge, and they said it would be sent up right away, but they hadn’t informed the bellboy. Eventually, I had to go down and push the bell cart myself, which is when they finally realized how long we had been waiting. Some of the staff also need to be more attentive and proactive. Overall, the concierge service needs better coordination and communication.

Apart from the slight confusion about the room being booked for 3 adults (expecting roll out bed) they tried to charge even when they saw the booking and said all rooms are for 2 adults. Expedia listings not representing of that. Hotel staff argued for a bit before they accepted the booking. Except that it was a great stay and a lovely city. Prom is a bit of a walk into the city but it was enjoyable kn good weather. Taxis are super cheap though. Use bolt to book them £2 ish each way

The only shortcoming on our stay in Baku at the Marriott Boulevard was the bathrooms. The shower cabin was so small that there was no chance on could turn one's body or lather one's body . I wish they make more room in the shower cabin. It would be so wonderful
