Staff was helpful so review does not reflect them. However, the area is sketchy at best. I didn’t feel my vehicle was safe with all the random/sketchy people around. Having said that the parking lot is well lit and I did see a security guard by the lobby. ROOMS ARE IN DIRE NEED OF AN UPGRADE!! Floors are cracked, restroom door kept getting stuck, a drawer wouldn’t stay closed and I tripped over it in the dark. Microwave is for show as didn’t work and was bolted to the furniture so we couldn’t see if there was a cord back there. The mattress was ok, acceptable. Hotel is good as one of the last options and/or if you have a low budget.

It was all right for the price when you're in a crunch and you're short on money and you need a place to say besides the streets I recommend they allow pets cable TV cooling refrigerator microwave beds could be a little better recommend a single bed if you're by yourself

Bed Bugs and Roaches
I arrived in my room, and it smelled like an ashtray. I was assigned a different room, and as I opened the door, I saw Roaches running around on the wall and floor. I sat and called the front office, and they ran around in front of me on the floor. The handyman accompanied me to the third room. As we opened the room, we saw a roach running on the wall. He pulled out a towel, smashed it, and said, "Don't worry if you only see one; you're okay; it's only a problem when you see more than one." As I was on the phone with the front desk, I saw a giant bed bug crawling across the floor, so I pointed that out to the handyman, and he said, "It's just a baby roach." he tried several times to smash it but he couldn't because it was not a roach but a bedbug who have a thick exoskeleton. I went to a 4th room, but I left all of my belongings in the sink and ended up leaving around 1 am as I was worried about the insects crawling into my belongings and me infecting my home.
