Guest was unable to check in the first night and try to check in the 2nd night but was denied check in and they refuse to refund the 2nd and 3rd night despite their policy on their website stating that the 2nd or 3rd night will be refunded if guest was a no show on the first night.

I was woke up every morning and informed that I didn’t pay for my stay. When I booked my stay onli e for a week in advance. I paid with my credit card foe my stay. They kept checking me out of my room every day. They also checked in another party and told me that they would find me another room. I had all of my things in my room and they said that I am not registered in the room that I checked into the previous day. They wouldn’t stop banging on my door and insisting that I didn’t pay for my room when I did.

The room reaked of cigarettes in a non smoking room, cigarette holes on the cover, sheets, mattress, T.V. had one channel. Floor was super dirty. Lights flickered like i was in a horror movie.. 😆

Asked for downstairs room as I am disabled. They had no handicap room available. Room was smoky, supposed to be nonsmoking. Bugs snd mold on ceiling and tv did not work. We were moved to sn upstairs room which they said was the only room available. I am 77 yrs old and have trouble with stairs as I have arthritis and am awaiting knee replacements. Almost slipped twice. TV in that room didn’t work either. Asked to speak to manager upon checkout. Told he was not there. Have tried to call him all week even left my number to have him call me back. Still no phone call. I wanted to ask for a refund or discount. I have stayed at Motel 6 in other cities with no problems. I don’t normally complain but this was beyond unacceptable. Don’t know if you can provide me with a discount or refund but this location needs to be cleaned up. I can be contacted at 760-902-0807
