Just past the kitchen is a cozy sitting room which flows into the living room in an open concept floor plan great for spending time with family and friends.

This is a ranch home settled less than a mile out of town on the Thomas Angus Ranch.

You will need a vehicle as this home is not walkable to downtown Baker City.

There is a very wide private driveway that has space for several cars to park off the road.

We charge an additional guest fee of $15 per person per night over two guests. This allows the price to scale from just two guests up to maximum capacity.

This home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee, just ask pet owners to clean up both inside and out after their pets. This home does have a fenced yard; however, it is close to the interstate so please do not leave your pets unattended outside.

The owner of the home is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables brought by the guest. We encourage you to lock the door(s) whenever you leave

We do not charge a pet fee yet expect owners to be responsible and clean up after their pets both inside (pet hair and dirt tracked in) and outside the home (pet waste). If there is excess cleaning needed after your stay, we will charge $75/hour for extra cleaning with an hour minimum.

With the interstate nearby, please do not leave your pet unattended outside the home. While there is a fence, it is not secure in all places.
