Holiday home halfway between Ubeda and Baeza, province of Jaen, Andalucia.
This lovely holiday home is set in a residential area between Ubeda and Baeza. Because both towns were declared World Heritage Sites, this holiday rental is ideal for discovering the Andalusian culture, fall in love with the towns' monuments and relax in a quiet environment.
All the rooms of the villa are all on a single floor, which you will reach via an outdoor staircase. Inside, the bright living room receives the light from a roof window, which illuminates the cosy lounge space. The house is also provided with an independent kitchen and a dining room, as well as a bathroom with shower. Last, but not least, the six family members that will accommodate here can sleep in the four bedrooms provided. Two of them feature two twin beds each, one is equipped with a double bed, and one bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed.
Electric radiators are provided in the bedrooms.
It has a portable air conditioner.
The outdoor area features a spacious patio with a gorgeous private pool, near which you will also have an area for "al fresco" dining at your disposal. Around the swimming pool, there is a vast space with lush vegetation, typical of the countryside of Jaen; you can relax under the tall trees, enjoying the shadow and, at the same time, the quietness of the environment.
The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
