Gut für eine Auszeit
Obwohl gelisteter Gast seit 20 Jahren keine Meldedaten vorliegend bei Ankunft. Ein Zimmer lag unter dem SPA mit betrieb ab 7:30 ausschlafen nicht möglich. Zweites Zimmer lag im Badehaus bei den Massage Anwendungen, kein Luftangriff im Bad/ WC, keine Lichtschalter im Bad, Automatik war zu lang eingestellt im Bad und auf WC zu kurz. Grundsätzliche Sauberkeit im Haus verbesserungsfähig. Service, Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit unglaublich herzlich und familiär. Das macht vieles wett! Aber Preis-Leistung allgemein nicht ausgewogen, da gibt es bessere Hotels in dem Segment. Für verlängertes Wochenende super aber nicht for 5 Tage oder länger.

Spa-Bereich sehr schön. Landhaus liegt 5 Autominuten bergauf entfernt, daher muss zwischen den Gebäude gependelt werden. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bad gut, könnte aber renoviert werden.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit erstklassigen Service. Das Landhaus ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dem Preis nicht mehr ganz gerecht. Die Restaurants sind ihr Geld definitiv wert und ich würde alleine dafür jedes Mal wieder kommen.

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Tage im Hotel. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Die Saunen sind toll... die Ruheräume klasse. Dachterasse spitze. Aussenanlage weitläufig und sehr schön. Aussenpool könnte vielleicht etwas wärmer sein, empfindet aber jeder anders. Die Liegestühle in den Außenbereichen sind nicht mehr im besten Zustand, hier könnte man evtl mal darüber nachdenken, nachzubessern. Inwieweit meine Zufriedenheit in der kalten Jahreszeit auch noch so groß ist , wo man die schöne große Aussenanlage nicht mehr nutzen kann, kann ich momentan nicht sagen... Whirlpools innen wären vielleicht noch sehr gut... evtl einer mit Massagedüsen... Zimmer sehr schön ( normales Doppelzimmer) Bad top, hervorragende Dusche. Bett erstklassig. Beim Frühstück hat wirklich gar nichts gefehlt, spitze. Das Menü im Rahmen der Halbpension in der Villa war auch gut, Personal im Restaurant sehr nett und schnell

Schöner Außenbereich im Garten und sehr schöner Außenpool. Sehr gutes Essen und ausgesprochen freundlicher Service im Restaurant Villa mit tollem Frühstück und Kuchenauswahl am Nachmittag. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die renovierten Bereiche des Spa sind sehr schön und optisch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Die bereits länger bestehenden Bereiche, der Indoor-Pool und der Whirlpool bräuchten eine Modernisierung und teilweise bessere Pflege (z.B. Fenster der älteren Saunen reinigen, Laub im Außenbereich entfernen etc.). Die Waldsauna mit Blick auf die Hirsch-Familie ist ein schönes Highlight.

Die arme Dame an der Rezeption war am Montag ganz allein. Die Anlage könnte im Aussenbereich ein bisschen besser gepflegt sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel ist sehr schön und der Spa& Wellness Bereich auch wunderbar.

Keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Den Föhn musste man erst suchen. Parkplätze unterhalb der Zimmer, deshalb am Morgen schon Motorengeräusch und Türen zuschlagen. Unkoordinierter Barbetrieb. Das Essen war wiederum sehr gut.

Das Bollants ist an sich ein tolles Hotel, allerdings gibt es ein paar Kleinigkeiten die nicht zum Anspruch des Hotels passen. Wir waren genau ein Jahr zuvor da und hatten hinter unserer Terrasse einen Bretterhaufen von den Dacharbeiten. Jetzt, ein Jahr später, ist das Dach immer noch nicht gedeckt. Über die stattfindenden Bauarbeiten wurde man im Vorfeld auch nicht informiert. Auch im Spabereich gibt es seit über einem Jahr die gleichen defekten Böden. Und in den Zimmernfehlt eine Klimaanlage.
