Personne pour monter les bagages, pas d'ascenseur ! La plage est mal entretenue, les poubelles ne sont pas vidées. C'est dommage, le lieu est splendide et la nourriture excellente. Attention cela pourrait dégénérer rapidement !

Wi-Fi / TV wasn’t working properly, kept losing connection. Could hear traffic outside the room all night and therefore had several bad nights sleep. Had to keep asking for water as there was no refill option and the receptionist only allowed us a couple of water bottles at once. Only 2 parasols at the pool area. Food was average. Cocktails were nice however expensive. The room decor was very minimalist which can be nice however in this instance the toilet door didn’t close properly and felt like you didn’t have much privacy. Overall very highly priced - there are nicer hotels in the area!

The hotel is small like 14 rooms and Adults only. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was fantastic. Service was very good. Only thing is it is remote, you need a car to travel to other great surrounding areas. Staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. Free kayaks and they can arrange tours , massages for you They probably need a small gym. The lake in that area is a bit deep so you need to be a good swimmer or ask for their vests which are free too. Beware that the hotel allows people from outside the property for day pass or to eat there, even kids. We did not experience any trouble but most hotels in the area do that.

Great hotel, terrible front desk staff
Let’s start off with the good: the property itself is great, rooms are comfortable, the views are impeccable and the service staff and manager were wonderful and very friendly. The bad: the front desk staff was terrible. From the moment we checked in we noticed a lack of customer service and snarkiness from the staff. Check-in time is at 3pm, we arrived 15 minutes prior and our rooms were not ready- no problem. We checked back 45 min later and still not ready. We waited another 20 min, it’s now close to 4pm and only 1 of our rooms was ready. The few times we went to the front desk to check on our rooms we were met with indifference. We decided to make the most of the situation so we all went to hang out in the room that was ready while we waited for the others. As we waited, we asked the front desk for extra towels and they refused to give us extra towels. We later asked for extra toilet paper as the only one available was half used when we arrived, they only gave us 1, refused to give an extra roll. We noticed that they were friendly with other guests but at no point were we ever acknowledge when we walked by the front desk. And to top it off, we decided to order room service for dinner and specified food restrictions but to our surprise our food arrived with said ingredient. When we contacted the front desk about the discrepancy, the young lady decided it was best to argue about it rather than fix it. We were made to feel like a nuisance rather than welcomed.
