Otel denizi gören, katlarda ortak balkon bulunan, kahvaltısı çok doyurucu, çeşitli ve temiz olan bir yerdi. oda temizliği açısından ilk girdiğimizde gayet temiz ve güzel kokuyordu fakat kaldığımız 4 günde hiç odaya girip temizlik yapılmadı her sabah en azından odalar gezilip temizlenmeli diye düşünüyorum çünkü toz oluyor pisleniyor illa ki, onun dışında küçük tatlı merkezde, her gitmek istediğimiz yere gayet yakın bir konumda bulunuyor. Çalışanlar çok kibar karşıladı hizmetleri için teşekkür ederiz genel olarak memnun kaldık

İki katlı bir bina ve ikinci katında olan odalardan birinde kaldım ama camları yer seviyesinde camın etrafında otel çalışanlarını görüyordum ayrıca odamın camı açık olursa dışarıdan tuvalet kokusu geliyordu Banyolarda şampuan gibi ürünler yok duş başlığı yok Otelden ziyade eski bir binada odaları kiraya veriyorlar ve kapılar otellerdeki gibi güvenli değil eski daire oda kapısı

Erol Bey ve ailesine göstermiş oldukları misafirperverlik için çok teşekkür ederiz. Bize evimizde gibi hissetirdiler. 3 gece konaklamamız süresince kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği çok lezzetliydi. Otelin konumu çok başarılı; arkada çam ağaçları önde deniz. Ayvalık merkezin curcunasından uzak ama merkeze bir o kadar da yakın. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.
