Great stay
Room exactly as pictured, very clean, friendly staff. Lots of night life around, which can be noisy with live music, talking, etc. So if you want a quit night, I wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re there for night life, it’s the perfect place.

One of the worst hotel I stayed. So noisy, we could not sleep. Room furnishing is like 50 years old. We booked family room with a breakfast, but they are starting to serve it after 9 am, but we had to leave hotel at 7:30 so nothing. Keep away from this hotel

Situated on the waterfront this hotel offers an excellent view across the bay towards Cunda Island. It is also incredibly well located with easy access to the centre of town. The hotel staff were very welcoming.

Ben eşimle beraber en üst katta panaromik görünüm imkanı olan odada kaldık ve mest olduk.. bu kadar mükemmel bir İtalyan tarzı oda dizaynı ve muhteşem manzarasıyla birleşimi büyüledi bizi.. güler yüzlü ve ilgili personeli ile muhteşem bir otel deneyimi yaşadık hatta geceleri canlı müzik eşliğinde eşsiz güzellikte geceler yaşadık desem tam yerinde olur.. seve seve herkese tavsiye edebileceğim nadiren beğendiğim otellerden birisi oldu benim için. Tek kötü yanı çok ara bir lokasyonda olduğu için otoparkı yok ve aracınız varsa biraz uzağa park etmeniz lazım geri kalan aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda çok iyi bir otel..

Kesinlikle kesinlikle kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. Parasini ofedigimiz kahvaltiyi 5 dk icin bize vermediler. Ben kahvalti dahil diye 1000 lira fazladan odeme yaptim odaya ama 11 de biten kahvalti saatine 11e 5 kala indik diye bize kahvalti verilmedi. Temizligi rezaletti. Nevresimlerde milletin kili tuyu hala duruyordu. Yastik altlarinda bir yigin kil vardi. Banyo pis birakilmisti ve temizligi iyi olmamis hala sac killari vardi ve banyo o kadar kucukku klozetle el lavabosu neredeyse birlesik tuvaleti kullanirken bacaklariniz sikisiyor resmen ve dusakabine girip cikarken klozeti dizinizle silmeden gecemiyosunuz resmen cunku gececek yer yok o kadar kucuk. Ve otopark yok yakindaki otoparka ayriyeten gunluk 350 lira para vermek zorunda kaliyosunuz Biz cok otelde konakladik boyle rezalet gormedik.

Odalar kesinlikle fotograflardaki gibi degil. Hem daha kucuk hem pencere eksik hem de cok eski. Deniz manzarali panoramik oda diye rezervasyon yaptigimiz odanin fotografini karsilastirabilin diye ekliyorum. Otelin restorani ve canli muzigi adeta odalarin icinde gibi, ozel alaniniz yok. Ustune etraftaki mekanlardan birkac farkli yuksek sesli muzik ile uyumak imkansiz. Sabah da 9’da kahvalti servisi adeta odanin icinde gibi tam altta hazirlaniyor. Deniz manzarasina degil kahvaltiya uyaniyorsunuz.

Fiyatına göre düşük standartlı.
bir tane havluda oldukça belirgin ve fazla sayıda sarı lekeler vardı. Otelin merkezde olduğunu biliyorduk, kendi bahçelerindeki meyhane normal bir saatte müziği kesmesine rağmen yandaki otellerden birinde bir gece düğün oldu ve aşırı yüksek ses vardı. İkinci gece yandaki başka bir otel gece 2-3 gibi bahçede arabesk müzik çalmaya karar verdi ve uyuyamadık. Kahvaltı olabilecek en ucuz ürünlerle servis ediliyordu. Yönlendirdikleri otopark biraz pahalıydı. Siz yönlendiriyorsanız biraz ucuz olmasını beklerdik. Tek iyi yanı güler yüzlü çalışanlardı. Asansör yok. Fiyata göre maalesef hayal kırıklığı.

Yeni bir hotel, temiz. Yataklar rahat, manzara harikaydı. Konumu da Ayvalıkta eğlenecek kişileri için güzel bir yerde. Kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı. Bizim için gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim. Tek sıkıntı, erkenden yatacak ve ses dolayısıyla rahatsız olacak kişilere, altınada ve yanında meyhane var. Altındaki meyhane belli bir saat sonunda kapanıyor ama yanındaki durmadı resmen. Fiyat olarak bence gayet idealdi. Sundukları güler yüzlü hizzmet için teşekkür ederiz.
