Stayed for one night after a very exhausting day. What a mistake! As soon as I entered the room I noticed a horrible smell. Long story short it was dog poop under the bed. Front desk gave another room. There are dead lizards, spiders and cockroaches everywhere. In both rooms. Terrible experience.

I was here for a weekend long race and felt like all I needed was a room and tub but this was definitely below standard. The staff was ok and couldn’t do much much to help with the room when I asked about changing rooms since they were booked. I’m sure it was from other participants of the race. The room I had smelled stale, there was dried up fluids on the fridge and tv. The walls had smushed bugs and mosquitoes. The floor had debris from outside and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t clean in a long time. I wore my flip flops even in the shower cause I didn’t trust it even when I was covered in dirt. The towels were dingy and had stains. The bathroom light was flicking and wasn’t bright to even light up the shower. The lamps, grates, and luggage stand were all rusted and leaning. There were bugs in multiple corners of the room and the door had wholes that looked repaired but not painted over. The room also was a joining room with a door that didn’t offer too much privacy because I heard the guy next door snoring extremely loud. Again, I wasn’t looking for much but it was really dirty.

It was dirty and my room didn’t even have shampoo, conditioner or toilet paper. There were mosquitos everywhere. When you open your door all of the mosquitos flew in the room. I killed roughly 30 just in my room until I called it quits and had to get a hotel room somewhere else. I asked for a refund and she only gave me one day back and said I checked in at 1:44. But I actually checked in at 6:06 pm. The hotel says you can’t check in before 3pm anyways so how was I able to check in at 1:44. I didn’t get off work until 4pm. Horrible service and horrible experience

Find a different option!
This hotel was so gross! Thankfully the sheets looked clean but there were bugs all over the room. Spider webs and spiders on the walls and ceiling. Dead bugs all over the floor like they don’t sweep or mop. The only reason we couldn’t cancel was because everything in the area was booked due to the Spartan race. The washer and dryer was not available, the lady on staff said it’s been out of service for a long time. The window and mirror was very dirty. We mopped the floor with the bath towel because it was so dirty and that towel was darn near black!

The staff was not friendly. Black gal was asleep when we walked in for the lame breakfast. Never said a word to us. She should be FIRED! Cody would not make coffee for us, when there was still 10 minutes to go before breakfast closing at 9 am. PATHETIC! Property was dirty inside and outside. Door to our room stuck and would not open with the key card. This hotel should be shut down!! Paid way too much for such a filthy property!!

Best motel room was not clean not sanitary and very old-fashioned half the stuff wasn't cleaning the microwave wasn't clean the pillows was dirty the room had an older the toilet seat still had yellow piss on it the refrigerator smell like mold I would not go there again.

Had queen size single bed room in which the mattress was as hard as a rock and made noises when weight was shifted, shower was really weird there was no threshold which caused water to spill out of the stall onto bathroom floor. I had asked for an extra pillow and was told there were none to be had. Overall a average stay but won't stay there again

The hotel room was smelly. Like mildew and feet. The pillows were so thin they were like cardboard with a pillowcase on them. When I asked for additional pillow she said she might not have any. Found one. ALL night long every second repetitively there was a knocking in the bathroom. It wasn't a noise from other patrons. It was something mechanical in the walls or plumbing or something. The AC kicked on and off every three minutes with a noise each time and didn't even cool the room. Overall TERRIBLE stay. They should be removed from your platform. Dont ever stay in Room 233.
