Recently remodeled and features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths (one upstairs and one on main floor), Full Kitchen and Dining Room. Back Yard is Private and fully fenced for kids and pets! Large Front and back porch with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the lake breeze. This home is just 3 houses down from Lake Erie Vinyard Park, a private park only for homes on the street. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the park and walk down to the lake where there is a pier for fishing!

A Great Place
This property was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The front porch was our favorite place to gather and we could see the lake from there. I would definitely stay here again while visiting family.

We had a wonderful few days of just kicking back and relaxing. The house was beautiful and well prepared for our visit. Plenty of space for sitting outside or inside. We love the grill! Also loved being able to bring my pooch with us. So appreciated the fenced in backyard. Thank you so much for a great visit.

Wonderful getaway!
Came to town for a Guardians game- what a great location! Clean, cute, comfortable home! Walked easily to Lake Erie twice and appreciated the beautiful view!
