There was a small roach in the bed in the morning. Very little hot water. Things were run down. Maids were yelling in the hall.

Property condition has gone downhill immensely
We had stayed at this hotel some years back and it had been great value for what you got. Unfortunately, it feels like the hotel has not been maintained well. The floorboards were buckling in the room, the black out curtains didn't cover the window enough, the air conditioner was blowing a lot right next to one of the beds, the light switch in the bathroom forced the blower on too and it was very loud, and the sheets seemed low quality. The beds were comfortable enough, the room was clean, and the front desk people were very kind and helpful. I hope they can take better care of the property and update it more.

Unfortunately pest, bugs, roaches and spiders -all these in one single night, it’s a shame because I’d stayed at other Wyndham’s and no issues. But this one in particular, was awful, terrible night!

Labor day weekend, everything was packed. As the ypung kady at check in 3 questions, to which she did not know any answers, whats a good Mexican restaurant, ehere can i get an envelope, and can i leave my car all day tomorrow. However, we did witness a lady fall the next morning and THAT staff person was very helpful, offering suggestions and options for the elderly ladys care. Even saw her flip over the front desk counter in a slirt. Highly impressed with her.
