I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Baylor, Scott And White, Lakeway Hospital, where I was to have surgery. They accommodated me being close to the elevator and having hot water for the required shower at three in the morning.

Employee could not make key cards (understand bc of power outages). But had to wait for the only employee to use fob to get us in and out. Very inconvenient. First room we were taken to smelled like smoke. Very strong and employee agreed. He had to go back down to assign another room and wait again to come back up. He was very kind though. Great hotel…nice and clean.
