Waterfront home located on the North Shore of Lake Travis.

Access to private parks with lakefront access and boat ramps. Very private, close to the Texas wineries, Fredericksburg, and Austin. 3 golf courses within 5 miles. Cornhole, horseshoes and disc golf onsite. Lake life at its finest!

Sunbathe and play on Lake Travis. Upstairs deck with outdoor furniture, outdoor dining table, Bluetooth speakers, propane BBQ and jacuzzi to enjoy the sun and beautiful breathtaking views of the lake in our private calm cove. Absorb all the panoramic views from the fire pit. The view is one of the best on the lake!

You will enjoy our large family room with vaulted ceilings and a built-in kitchenette. Relax in our large redecorated bedrooms.

We welcome families with kids and can accommodate up to ten people. Inquire if more guests are needed in the space. We may make exceptions if you have more in your group.

There are numerous restaurants on the lake, including Captain Pete's, which is less than a 3-minute boat drive or 5-minute car ride from the house. Other great spots on the lake include The Famous Oasis Texas Brewing Company, Emeralds Point, Shack 512.

After an exciting day of enjoying all that Lake Travis has to offer, challenge your friends to a game of 2 hole frisbee golf course onsite (discs provided), darts, yard connect four, TikiToss, cornhole or horseshoes before you relax in the above-ground jacuzzi on the deck while you take in the breathtaking views of the lake.

The lake level has dropped and our dock is no longer accessible by water. The view of Lake Travis is still spectacular. While you can still get to the water, the path to the water's edge is steep and uneven. We offer our guests a pass to enter the local private parks with sandy lakefront access to swim, fish, and relax where you can back your vehicle directly up to the water's edge. Boat ramps are also available at the parks with little to no wait time to dump in. There is ample space to park your boat or jet skis on the property during your stay. The parks are only a short 5-minute drive away.

The most perfect, quaint home for my bday weekend
I loved this home, I wish I was the owner! I thought the entire space was straightforward and open. As soon as you walk in you enter the living/dining room area. The couches were comfy and the kitchen had lots of utensils. I brought utensils just in case but the house had everything for the most part. My entire group enjoyed patio/deck area and we adored the lawn area. We were fortunate enough to catch a meteor shower!! We stargazed for hours. This home really added to the entire experience. I think my only con is that the bedding wasn’t super comfy, I would bring your own pillow if you like a firm pillow like me. The host is amazing and quick with communication. This place worled so well for my group we celebrated and enjoyed the home to the fullest.

Enjoyed our stay, clean, smart tv, had everything we needed. Great views and nice to be able to tie up our boat on the dock. Water was down we when came in oct 2020. Only thing I didn't see in the listing was owner is on site so just know that ahead of time if you want complete privacy.

We rented a boat for our stay, the dock was easy to access. Brad, the owner, happened to be on it as I pulled up, so he helped with the dock lines. The hot tub was nice and offers a view. My wife and two boys will likely be back.

Recommended - our stay was great! The place was comfortable and the owner is friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved the ability to tie up our wave runners at the dock, so we could just wake up and hit the lake. There is no oven or stove, but the small kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, small sink and there's a nice grill outside. Beautiful lake views from dock, large deck or hot tub at a big PLUS.

The house was great. The location is amazing. Property manager is extremely friendly and cooperative. Very accessible. I've been going to Lago Vista for four years now and this was our best trip to date. My family and I enjoyed our trip.
