Breakfast was good. Our bathroom was bot clean. The ceiling in the bathtub looked like it would fall apart any time. There was also construction going on so not much spaces to park.

The wifi is not secure. There is limited access to ice, loud AC, lumpy pillows, limited parking, and limited seating at breakfast. There is a year long renovation going on, apparently. Pricing for one bottle of water is 3.50. The outside appearance is appealing, unlike the inside.

Overall it was good. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing was doing the online check-in. I didn’t see the point of doing that. I took a picture of my ID I entered my vehicle info, I signed and it stated it would make everything much easier when I got there. Well it didn’t. The lady still made me do everything so don’t do the online check-in.

No housekeeping, maintenance or drink desk service. Toilet water leaking from room above with no maintenance for days - eventually had to check out early and moved to a new hotel. Lackadaisical underpaid staff with no care for their role or the customer. Not a single instance of an apology for poor facilities or lack of maintenance. Staff seems to be underpaid and miserable.

The property is very run down. The carpets looked like they haven't been cleaned in years. Our original room smelled bad. We were moved to a renovated room that was much better. Please note that the staff was excellent and did their best.
