This is an amazing place to stay especially with your children the breakfast was phenomenal. You can't go wrong with this hotel if you can afford it. Plan ahead for the best price it highly worth it.

Staff friendly except for the bar tender, waiting to be helped could be long as he was in the kitchen or on his phone all the time, doesn’t pay attention to the customers and clearly he does not care about his job. Sad statement for the other members of staff who really are great. Also they use disposable plates, glasses, folks, spoons and knifes at breakfast. Too much trash that contributes to continue contaminating our environment. Urgent to take action to solve this.

Elevator didn't work; we would climb up four flights of stairs to get to our room because the one that did would take such a long time. Pool was dirty and closed on the one day we had to swim.

I didn’t like the idea of being charged $4 per night for parking. Parking at this hotel is wide open around the hotel. Although, I did see Security patrolling at 4:30am when I checked out for my flight home.
