The hotel is nice. The front desk staff was nice but are young and appear bored. They are not only running the front desk but also the bar, the food service,… This is a lot of back & forth between customers. Breakfast was ordinary but ok. Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Carpet outside elevators was a little dirty. There is a front desk employee named Brady who was wonderful! Very friendly, attentive and a good bar tender! He should be recognized for his good customer service skills! Overall, stay was ok.
Mostly okay. I don’t think the fridge in the room ever got cold enough. HATE the frosted glass in the bathroom door- it lets out all the light which interrupts another person’s sleep if someone has to make a potty trip in middle of the night. Friendly service, and the room was clean.
Its very important for staff member dont come early to end breakfast . Or can ask guest to we will pickup breakfast in next 5 min. To try to rush things when guest are in diners or eating. I have been to other other property. Staff members are have more Curtesy.
Our first stay at this location. Across the street from Haute Spot concert venue. Just walked over. Lobby clean, lots of seating with free breakfast in the morning. Staff friendly, really cared.
