Our stay was great, the room was clean and comfortable. There are restaurants nearby and too much noise and loud music frommthe restaurants, we were unable to fall sleep right away, the music stopped after 2am. But the worst thing i did not like and this is whats gonna keep me from never staying here ever again is the PARKING FEE. I was charged $51.00 a day to park my car for a total of 2 nights whicha came out to be $102.00. Ive never in my life have stayed at a hotel where i have a reservation and had to pay $51.00 a day to park my car, that is a ridiculous amount to charge the guests that already are staying in your hotel to begin with. I will never, ever stay at this hotel ever again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was with our room keys that kept not working in certain areas of the hotel (ie would work for parking and elevation, but not the room, etc).

Overall, it was a great day. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and very spacious. It is located on the frontage road of I 35 which makes it loud outside, however, inside it was perfectly quiet. Super convenient to Rainey Street and all the food and bar options. Also a quick walk to the convention center and tons of other restaurants and activities. Perfect location to access Lady Bird Lake trails as well. Definitely recommend. The only negative comment I have is that at times there is only one person on staff for the entire building. That isn’t safe for the employee, nor is she able to provide the best service to customers.

Everything was good about the property and the room we were given. The location was perfect and we had chosen it as it was near to the city center. The night scene around the property is a must go. Live music, great beer and lively crowd. Lot's of options to chose from and Austin's famous food trucks too. We had an issue with the stove top and Xxzander the front desk exec solved it quickly. Xzander is commendable. Parking is hefty at 48$ a night but I am willing to pay that for proximity to the University and Congress buildings.
