The house has 5 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms plus loft with queen bed, making it a comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. This Tudor-style home has undergone a complete renovation and restoration, and its arched brick façade and Gothic accents reflect the grandeur of England's golden age. The house has luxurious amenities, brand-new high-end appliances, comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and stunning views of the Texas State Capitol, making it ideal for hosting family, friends, and colleagues. Please pay close attention to the following: Non-compliance could result in sizable fines.
-A 3-night minimum stay may be required.
-The maximum occupancy is 12 adults.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-Additional deposits may be required.
-(1) Pet Allowed with Approval. Pet Fee and Refundable Pet Deposit Required.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
