The young lady at the front desk was so sweet and personable! Our stay was good and the Fairfield had a decent breakfast with options like veggie sausage, waffles, eggs, oatmeal and pork sausage. Our room was clean but unfortunately had a bit of musty like smell that was more prevalent when the AC wasn’t one. Overall I would stay again.

We noticed the clean lot and outside areas immediately when we pulled in. Inside was just as clean, room was immaculate. Every employee we encountered were pilite, friendly, smiled and informative. Location was very nice, several restaurants, a walmart & shopping center within a mile of the hotel. As we left we decided thats where we will stay when in Austin.

Room was lovely, smelt nice, and air temp was cold when arriving inside. TV had HBO, Netflix, and Bluetooth from phone options along with guide. Our king sized bed was comfy and shower had nice water pressure. Loved that breakfast was all you can eat and open till 10am, had very good and healthy choices. Coffee was delicious! Indoor pool was nice and heated and loved that it was open till 10pm. Also, that the fitness room was nice and open 24 hrs. Loved that it was free parking and security was also there. Loved the the surrounding restaurants around the area and that an H.E.B. grocery store was nearby. Overall, our stay was excellent and would stay here again when visiting Austin.

Sucked.
When I first got the, some lady walked in infront of me and the clerk helped her. No problem there. When it came my time, the phone rang, the clerk answered it, still no problem there. But instead of putting them on hold and helping me (who was there way before them) the clerk stayed on the phone with them for 3 to 5 minutes helping them. Then when the clerk helped me, I was given a room that was at the end of the hall. It was very clear that I had a walking problem since I was wearing TWO knee braces. Now besides that the breakfast was great.

Property is good for a short stay. Air conditioning is a window unit rather than central air. Breakfast is minimal and pool depth is only 4 feet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location has several options for food and entertainment
