Worst I ever experienced
Please remove this property from your selection. It was very dirty, and smelled really bad. There were fleas crawling on my legs in the lobby, the bedding, mattress were stained soiled, the pillowcases had blood stains as if someone got bit by bedbugs, there were dead roaches on the room floor. I did not stay there i asked for a refund and found a found a different hotel.

The rooms were disgusting. The TVs weren’t working due to holes in the TV. The bathrooms were a mess completely neglected. There were bugs crawling around the furniture was so worn down and ragged.

The pictures and the hotel description you see in the Hotels.com profile aren't accurate! There is no pool. (it's been filled in with concrete).The "breakfast included" is offered sporadically. Their excuse was always ... "Out of supplies and awaiting delivery". Roaches galore! And the constant odor emminating through the halls. Used condoms and hypodermic syringes strewn about in the parking lot. People living in their cars. Staff is confrontational and very put out with any requests. The pics of the rooms are totally misleading also. Bed had no mattress pad/cover. Just bed then fitted sheet. Curtains were stained, smelly and had holes in the lining. Refrigerator not working properly. Lost $100 in perishable groceries and they didn't even apologize. Only one small bag cart with deflated and thrashed wheels which was never accessible. Noisy and dusty highway/frontage road construction right outside the property. CapMetro bus terminal immediately adjacent to the property. Was hit up for money in the parking lot by an abundant number of homeless people almost every day there. Lil curly Pubic hairs embedded in the stained and course towels. Shame on Extended Stay America for failing to provide a safe, clean and hospitable property. And shame on Hotels.com for not doing a better job in vetting the properties they endorse on their site by ensuring the pics, details are current and accurate.

I was on a business visit and booked this place. Toilet was dirty with no regular house keeping. Even on request they didnt cleaned the toilet. Rooms did not had enough lights and even after asking for a lamp it was not provided. Kitchen didint had even a single spoon or a cup. I found that the fridge was not clean either as someone's food (stale food) was lying in the fridge when I checked in. No soap in bathrooms. Switches in room either didnt worked or were broken. Corridors were filled with smell of smoke and I felt very unsafe. Horrific stay!!!

Unsafe Hotel
I checked in a little after 2 p.m. The foyer was empty & lacked a"Welcome" vibe to it. I sure as heck hope they are having renovations but there was signs of an upkeep. I had to use the main phone to call for assistance as no one at front desk The young man came out of office area within 2 minutes. I left after checking in as no time to go deposit my bag I came back with my Daughter after 9 p.m. We parked in the back parking lot. As we were retrieving my bag, my Daughter & I noticed trash outside the back door spread out. We went in and walking thru hallway of 140 rooms. I immediately smelled smoke that was not the legal kind. We kept walking thru till we found my hallway that lead to my room. My Daughter told me "This is not safe for you. You are not staying here ". We went up to front desk & cancelled my room. The young man said we could call his Manager but only card available was the Assistant General Manager.

Totally careless hotel. Dirty carpet on the halls. It smells smoke and cigarette. There were leaks in the shower faucets. No curtains in the shower box, the bathroom floor gets flooded. There are bad bugs in the rooms. Little cockroaches gets from the back of the cabinets. Guests throw trash in the corridors and make loud noise during the night. No security on duty. The guests sweep all muffins and fruit bars early in the breakfast time and the management don’t refill them. Extremely poorly managed!! Terrible experience
