I went to the U.S. to bury my brother and the people that helped me the most were the people in reception. They did endless favors for me including scanning documents, researching telephones and addresses, helping me get taxi cabs, providing me extra blankets, and giving me meditation tapes and breakfast coupons. Everyone there was extra kind to me, empathetic, understanding and helpful. A very special thanks to Axa, Michael, Cheyenne, Nick, Whit, Kenny, Don Isidro, and Samual. I felt that Downright Austin Rennaisance hotel stands out for their outstanding staff and management. My room was extremely comfortable, quiet and they provided me with two large queen beds. They were very kind and understanding to my little dog Cowboy-Mozart who was given dog treats and loved by everyone at the hotel. The hotel also has a great location as it is very near the Capital.
