The Aspen has a charming aesthetic, combining comfort and elegance. The living area features cozy linen sofas and leather seating for sophistication. The fully equipped kitchen showcases a luxurious Ferrari gas stove and dark walnut cabinets. The bathroom offers marble tile, and a rain head shower. Upstairs, a queen-sized bed with a pop up TV, loft area, and a half bath. It's a cozy cabin with rustic elements, chic furnishings, and luxurious features for relaxation and enjoyment.

Additional Guests: We allow for 2 guest at our standard rate in all units. All units with the exception of Lux Lounge can accommodate 4 guests. We charge $50 per additional guest at the time of check-in.
We understand that it would be easier to bill this at the time of booking but our third party management software doesn't allow us to have these fees in place at the time of booking.

Enjoy two circular entertainment areas with gazebos, comfortable couches, and seating for guests. Outdoor entertainment includes a 70-inch TV, high-quality sound system, Michael Phelps therapeutic hot tub, and outdoor shower. The upper area boasts a cozy six-foot fire feature under the outdoor TV. A covered outdoor cowboy pool and ice bath too keep you cool during Texas summers.

A highlight is our private Koi rescue pond. Stroll around the pond or relax by its serene banks.

Experience unique dining in our private table nestled in the woods. The elegant setting features a castle chandelier and seats multiple guests. For quiet retreats, we offer an iron bed with an artificial grass mattress and chandelier, providing a peaceful space for reading or napping. An exchange library ensures plenty of reading material.

Privacy is paramount, with five Anderson Mobile Estates behind our gates we provide private areas and picnic tables for outdoor dining or relaxation.

Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy our half-mile walking trail, giant chess set, ping-pong table, corn hole game, and board games for entertainment.

All units feature Direct TV and iPad touchscreen controls for audio-video systems within Anderson Mobile Estates.
