We asked for a room with a kitchen and breakfast. The owner didn’t accommodate our reservation requests and didn’t refund us for the service we paid for. That led to a whole series of problems with both Hotels.com and with the receptionist. Bad service. Bad experience.

Schönes ruhiges motel im wald direkt am see.zu fuss kann man nur zum see ansonsten nichts.im ort gibt es zwei restaurants das wars.für einen entspannten urlaub im wald zu empfehlen oder kanu fahren ok.das von expedia verkaufte kontinentales frühstück gibt es nicht-nur kaffee,zimmerreinigung und bettenmachen wird wie neuerdings in USA eingespart.

One outlet in our room did not work, so one lamp did not work. Cracks in bathroom sink. Screen did not seal on at least one window so could not open window without introducing bugs. Screen door closure mechanism did not close door softly. Caulking in bathroom was poorly done. Mattress was not supportive. Breakfast area should include refrigerated milk and orange juice everyday. There was no mention of the 10-percent discount at the local pizza place until after I made two purchases there and, then, the pizza shop informed me of the discount but did not apply it to the order. The lake is nice and the availability of chairs, picnic tables, and watercraft is very good.

Upon arrival we signed out 2 kayaks and paddled around their lake for over an hour. Dinner and breakfast were at two close by restaurants. The beds were good for sleeping. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The inn is clean and safe.

A jewel! Very well kept and quaint. I am so glad I found this place. Staff and owners were very nice. Comfortable and the view on the lake was spectacular. Very relaxing after a long day of motorcycle riding. I would definitely go back there to stay.

A quaint quiet stay at a very clean, traditional motel style inn! The location is perfectly serene, with kayaks and rowboats available to the guests or you can just have a quiet sit lakeside. Just delightful!
