Check-in was very painless. The front desk was very quick to bring us a roll-away bed for the 5th person in our party. We chose not to stay for the breakfast, but for no specific reason. The pool was lovely, and we would certainly come back again in the future.

We got a free room upgrade which was an unexpected surprise! We stayed for our sons fourth birthday and had a wonderful stay! Our room had a fire place in it which was beautiful to sit near with the kids when we woke up to it snowing this morning! And it had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom with a tv in the bathroom as well! It was nice for my spouse and I to take a bubble bath together and watch a movie and relax together!

The room was big the tube was great but the tv in the bathroom was not Loud enough the tables were all bet up and the fire place only worked from 20 minutes I was very disappointed in the amount we spent on the room for how it was keep I will not be going back there for that price ever again restaurant was closed and I had to put another security deposit down when I got there that I was not ever told about witch set me off at the front door

This place is severely outdated. What’s worse is they don’t care about their guests. They made my sister with special needs buy a pool pass when we were guests of the hotel. They never refunded us for the extra $25 charge.

I did not get the room I had booked. Their only solution was for me to add a cot in my room. The room I booked had a couch. The cot was too short and the mattress was horrible. The air/heater always blew air even when off and it was absolutely disgusting and needed to be cleaned. The fire alarm went off at 4:45 a.m. and there seemed to be no communication as to what we should do or if we could go back to our room. The front desk could have been more pleasant. I know it was a crazy time but there was no apologiesfor anything. This was not my first time staying there but will probably be my last.
