Hotel staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable. They offered free bag storage before check-in and after check-out. Overall, was a great place to stay in Auckland.
I loved the location of the hotel. Easy walkable area and a quick mart next door to grab essentials. Easy walk to the wharf area. Safe for solo female travelers. Highly recommend the hotel.
Convenient location. Within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Countdown is right next door which is fabulous. Rooms very clean and well maintained

Basic hotel
A week’s stay. Room was supposed to be serviced after 3 nights but for some reason mine was not, had to go to reception and remind them that I was missed. Room was small with very little space or storage area. No microwave and the tv channel choice’s are very limited and boring not worth watching. No daily complimentary small water bottles.
The staff was very friendly the hotel clean the VIP benefit was excellent. I was offered either a bottle of white or red wine. I selected the red wine and it was delicious. Overall an amazing stay.
The room was comfortable and the location convenient for my 2 customers. I like how the Jellicoe st restaurants were nearby. Having a Woolworths next door super handy for customer gifts (chocolates) and wine (to take home). Staff courteous. What I didn’t really like was they only change your room towels and tea coffee every 3 days but it was okay because I don’t normally change my towels at home daily! So no big deal. Lots of electrical outlets in convenient spots in the room and I could turn off air conditioning as needed. It was good quiet air conditioning as well and worked when needed. Could do with a bigger work desk though. Small coffee table not really suitable as a work desk for business travelers.
Convenient and safe tourist location with a beautiful view of the city. Short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, excursions. Food store right outside hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Only complaint is, I thought the bathroom’s cleanliness could’ve been improved. Was not filthy, but had a musty scent. However, rest of room was clean. Comfortable and clean beds. Very quiet room, easy to sleep at night. Complimentary tea and coffee, which I enjoyed. Overall, pleasant experience. Would stay here again!
