This was a very nice hotel to stay at. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room was clean and had a great view of the city and harbor. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a central location - very convenient.

Fabulous short term accomodation. The view from our room was scenic. We enjoyed the option of a pod coffee in our room before heading down for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. An enjoyable stay all around. The only downside was no self service clothes washing facilities. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the third time my family and I stayed in The Grand. Luxurious as always. Room was quiet, bathroom was clean. Found a bit wear and tear on the sheet this time, and room service cleaning was not as coordinated. Was told that the room will be cleaned, so we left for the pool, but when we got back, room was still dirty, and we have no clean towels or amennities to shower.

Room was good- lovely concierge staff. The front desk staff didn’t remember us which is a bit of a shame given we are regulars- but the lady who served us I hadn’t seen before so perhaps she was new :-) Great location!
