I was pretty disappointed with this property overall and wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Check in…. No assistance with baggage to the room, early check in available, however for a $60 fee for the same room.
Also the hotel charges a $300 bond which is refundable in 3-10 business days…. No prior notice of this charge.
Amenities for the property not working, needed to change rooms, I had 5 mins to pack up everything and relocate it myself. Amenities in the new room also not working…. Also an issue with bathroom plumbing which makes a loud noise all night. Rooms have a musty smell to them….
Breakfast was included in the price… limited options for a ‘continental’ breakfast. Bread was stale, fruit was either over ripened or under ripened…. And essentially is served between 7-10am, but whatever is put out at 7, is still sitting there 3 hours later.
‘Mini bar’ is also limited, no price list, no milk to even make a tea in the morning. They will deduct from your bond, so probably worth checking what you’re up for before.
Having your room cleaned daily, has to be requested…. No request, no service.
Not really a hotel, not a resort and not serviced. The lady at the front desk was not friendly or accomodating….. this ‘property’ isn’t aligned to the standard of others that carry the same brand globally.
Location is ok, across the road from a park, convenience store downstairs, and some restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
